By paying the security deposit, you agree to the following terms:

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the
property. A cleaning fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is
found.

No Damage: You agree to keep the property in good
condition. Charges may apply for damages, missing items, or excessive
cleaning.

No Loud Noise or Disturbances: Quiet hours must be
respected. Charges may apply for disturbances requiring intervention
or complaints from neighbors.

Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the
reservation. Additional charges may apply for unauthorized guests.

Security Deposit Authorization: By paying, you
authorize a hold or charge on your payment method to cover potential
violations listed here, subject to confirmation.

Deposit Return: If no violations are found, the
security deposit will be released/refunded after checkout, typically
within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Communication: You agree to report any issues or
damages promptly during your stay to allow for timely resolution.

Cancellation and Refunds: The security deposit is
separate from your booking payment and fully refundable if no
violations occur.

Key Return Policy: For properties using physical
keys, guests must return them upon checkout. Failure to do so will
result in fee deducted from the security deposit.
These terms are in place to ensure the property remains in excellent
condition for you and future guests.
